As a founder of this organization, I have set the goals for my company from day one. At Wild Organic Exports, we are not just doing business, we are also committed to making a social impact. Your order with us is not just an order, it is a unique opportunity of creating jobs for 100’s of employees we have. These employees come from marginalized communities. Some of our women employees are also rescued from the flesh trade market who were looking for a new beginning in their life but just didn’t know where to start with.

I started this company before I even completed my undergrad studies. It came out of a passion of doing something unique and not just business. I knew from the very beginning that if I just think about doing something for the society and if it was not sustainable, I would have to quit the journey at any time.

So, sustainability and scalability was very important. Thinking about how this could be achieved, I came up with the idea of employing those from the marginalized communities and targeting wholesale clients (for scalability). But we value businesses of any size. After all, we were also a small company back then.

I got inspired from many people during the course. I will take the names in days to come. And this has helped me evolve as an individual and has also helped our business get the momentum. Today, we have become the largest manufacturer and exporter of wool dryer balls from Nepal, including many other felt products. We have also learnt a lot from our clients and that is the reason we have a client retention rate of almost 90%. It’s a culture at Wild Organic Exports, that we listen to our clients and our employees. They are the pillars of the company.

We want to show to the world, how effectively a business can be run by blending the business and social aspect at the same time.
